Requests are not a contract

Submitting the service request form does not create a service contract, reserve time, or guarantee that work will be performed. NYCdatalink will contact you to discuss the request. Any work, timing, and fees are agreed separately.

Availability

The site does not promise a response time. If a problem is urgent, describe it in the request and NYCdatalink will reply with current availability.

What to include

Describe the problem in plain language. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets through the form.
